How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Specialists processes and ships all orders within two business days. From our Tulsa, Oklahoma warehouse, shipping to the lower
48 states averages two to five business days via UPS Ground shipping. 2nd Day Air and Standard Overnight shipping options
are available if you need your order sooner.
Media Specialists offers daily shipping and tracking on all orders.

What is your return policy?
Media Specialists
offers a 30-day retail return policy on all products. During that period, we will replace products with factory defects that
were purchased from Media Specialists. To obtain a return authorization, please call us at 1.877.622.0077. Returns of non-defective
merchandise (within the 30-day period) are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee.
