Are you an authorized dealer for the products you sell?
Yes. Media Specialists is an authorized dealer for over 100 audio, video, data media and equipment manufacturers. Products purchased from us carry full factory support in matters of warranty service and customer support. In addition, if a manufacturer offers a mail-in rebate on a product we carry, you automatically qualify to receive the rebate. Buying from an unauthorized dealer typically disqualifies you from claiming such rebates.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Media Specialists carries a full line of audio/video equipment, audio/video tape, data storage and voice logger technology in our warehouse and most are available to ship immediately. For a complete list of products available, reference the product section or call us at 1.877.622.0077.
What if I need a product that is not listed?
Media Specialists is committed to your satisfaction. With access to more than 100 manufacturers, we pride ourselves on locating the products you need (even the hard-to-find ones) and guarantee to deliver them at competitive prices.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Media Specialists processes and ships all orders within two business days. From our Tulsa, Oklahoma warehouse, shipping to the lower 48 states averages two to five business days via UPS Ground shipping. If you need your order sooner, 2nd Day Air and Standard Overnight shipping options are available. We offer tracking on all orders.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day retail return policy on all products. During that period, we will replace products with factory defects purchased from Media Specialists. To obtain a return authorization, please call us at 1.877.622.0077. Returns of non-defective merchandise (within the 30-day period) are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
